Testimonials

Here is what past clients are saying:

Kit has worked for me on several copy-editing and proofreading projects over the past year. She’s been efficient, timely, and professional in her work and correspondences with me.

Kit has also gone above and beyond my expectations on several occasions; always giving me my money’s worth.

A pleasure to work with and I look forward to continuing projects with her in the future.

I recommend Kit Campbell’s services. She formatted an anthology for our amateur writing group beautifully for both print on demand and e-book formatting. She has worked with multiple e-book formats including those required by Kindle and Nook. Kit also provides thorough, forthright feedback on novel drafts with keen attention to grammar.

-Sarah W.

I found Kit’s service to be courteous, fast and reasonably priced.  Everything was done quickly and accurately with excellent communication and attention to details.

-Peter G.

I found Kit at Craigslist when my son needed college essay editing. Her work is superior, and she responded quickly with a reasonable charge.  I would recommend her to anyone if you need some editing help.

-Michelle S.

As a novice to the publishing world I recently worked with Kit on a huge novel project of mine and I found her insight incredible. I would certainly recommend her services to anyone contemplating an adventure into professional editorial needs.

-Tony G.

I heartily recommend Kit’s services. Very detail-oriented, she still manages to turn around a project quickly. Word of warning to the thin-skinned: when she finds a problem, she doesn’t pull any punches, which is exactly what an editor should do.

-Ian D.

I recently had written a book and had a couple friends and family members take a look at it to edit and proofread for any misspelled words and proper word placement and thought that it was ready for publication.  Just to be sure I thought it would be interesting to see what a professional editor would do to it.

After finding Kit on the internet I quickly realized that she has this cool tool to make notes and changes in one color and your notes and changes in another, making the whole process simple and easy to see who is talking about what.

Kit was unbiased in the content of my book and maintained professional etiquette throughout the process of editing, even though there were sometimes very graphic descriptions that would have turned most people away.

She was instrumental in suggesting the right words at the right time while also maintaining the flow of the content.  Sometimes it’s easy to get focused on a particular area or subject and lose sight of the big picture and this is where Kit came in and helped keep me focused.

Kit not only did a great job of keeping me on track, but she also was instrumental in helping with proper word placement, spelling, flow and overall professional and timely service.

Please, don’t embarrass yourself and publish something only your friends and family proofread for you.   I have found that friends and family will be too agreeable in order to support you, but you need an unbiased outside professional like Kit to do a proper job.

I am currently working on content for a few different websites and blogs and you can be sure that I will have her do all the editing as her pricing and turnaround time are both better than expected.  Thank you, Kit.

If Kit didn’t already edit this, you can see what kind of help I need in writing as I just get it out on paper and Kit polishes it up for the real world. (Kit’s note: I edited it a little. I can’t help myself.)

-Shawn T.

Shawn was also kind enough to provide a video review. You can find it here.
